User profiles, certificates, and Covid-19 vaccine tickets previously stored on the PeduliLindungi platform are automatically synchronized with SatuSehat Mobile.

As of 1 March, the Health Ministry officially transformed the PeduliLindungi application into a public health application called SatuSehat Mobile.

According to the ministry’s Technology Advisor and Chief Digital Transformation Officer (DTO), Setiaji, those who have PeduliLindungi downloaded on their devices only need to update the application through Play Store or App Store.

"After agreeing to the terms and conditions in SatuSehat Mobile, users only need to log in with the phone number or email previously registered in PeduliLindungi," Setiaji explained.

User profiles, certificates, and Covid-19 vaccine tickets previously stored on the PeduliLindungi platform are also automatically synchronized. Thus, PeduliLindungi users no longer need to create a new account to use SatuSehat Mobile.

In addition to the existing features in PeduliLindungi, such as Covid-19 vaccination; antigen and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test results; and QR code scanner used when checking into public spaces or public transportation, there will soon be a new feature called the 'health diary' that can record and monitor the health status of oneself and their close contacts.

There are four conditions that can be recorded in this feature: body measurements (height and weight), blood pressure, blood sugar, and heart rate. After that, various information, such as health curves, analyses, and recommendations for further action, will appear.

In its development plan, SatuSehat Mobile will gradually add various other personal health support features that are sourced and integrated with electronic medical records (EMR) and Health Care and Social Security Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) through the SatuSehat Platform.

"Children's immunizations, hospital waiting lists, examination results, drug purchase data, et cetera can be accessed and integrated through SatuSehat Mobile," said Setiaji.

As reported on the Health Ministry’s website, registration and display of SatuSehat profile QR code can be done in the SatuSehat Mobile application. The steps are as follows:

  • Download the SatuSehat Mobile application from Play Store or App Store;
  • Click "Register" to create an account or "Login" with a registered account;
  • Enter name and email to register or log in to the account;
  • Enter the OTP code sent via email;
  • Select the "Account" menu in the upper left to complete the profile;
  • Click the pencil icon to edit and complete the profile;
  • Fill in the required data. Then click "Save";
  • Click the "Display QR Code" button; then the barcode screen will appear on the phone screen;
  • Show the SatuSehat profile QR code to officials when traveling by train or plane.

Users can check vaccine certificate information on SatuSehat through the "Vaccines and Immunizations" feature. Here is how to check the Covid-19 vaccine certificate in SatuSehat Mobile:

  • Open the application and log in to the Satu Sehat Mobile application on your phone;
  • To log in to the application, users can use the telephone number or email that was previously used in PeduliLindungi;
  • After successfully logging in, select the 'Vaccine and Immunization' menu located at the beginning of the application page;
  • Click 'Adult Vaccine' and click the profile icon that appears;
  • Afterward, a list of digital vaccine certificates from all stages that have been obtained by the account owner or their family members will appear.

With the launch of the SatuSehat Mobile, the SatuSehat Platform is now officially opening opportunities for all parties to register and test the integration of the SatuSehat Platform through http://satusehat.kemkes.go.id/platform/.

This portal is expected to guide private and IT developer Health Offices in regencies and cities in implementing the same standards to perform data interoperability with the SatuSehat Platform.

Various playbooks for health service facilities are also provided in the portal to adjust interoperability and data integration standards, including interoperability modules; patient master data; healthcare worker master data; and terminology browsers and pharmaceutical and medical device (KFA) dictionaries.
