With the existence of the National Samsat Online application that can be downloaded at Playstore, now residents no longer need to bother coming to the Samsat office when they want to take care of motor vehicle related documents.
The regional administration/legal enforcement of the scope of the National Samsat Online service that can be accessed is the entire Samsat in the Province in Indonesia. The National Online Samsat service system only serves the annual Motor Vehicle Tax Payment, SWDKLLJ, and PNBP Endorsement of STNK.
Get to Know the Menus in the National Online Samsat Application
After downloading the National Samsat Online application on Playstore, you will find various menus as follows:
1. Registration
This menu is a service to register, determine PKB tax, SWDKLJJ, and to get the payment code.
2. Process Info
In this section, you will get information regarding the follow-up of the stages or processes that you have carried out.
3. Tax Info
In the Tax Info section, you will get information about the amount of PKB and SWDKLLJ vehicles.
4. E-TBPKB
E-TBPKP is a menu that will show proof of payment electronically.
5. E-Endorsement of STNK
In this menu, you will be able to get an electronic or virtual vehicle registration approval.
6. Moving Evidence
This menu is useful when you want to move your E-Authorization E-TBK and E-TBPKB from one handphone to another.
7. Complaints
In this section, the public can submit complaints about the National Samsat Online service, a kind of complaints, criticisms, and suggestions.

How to Use the National Samsat Online Application
- Download the National Samsat Online application on Playstore.
- If you want to pay motor vehicle tax (PKB), press the registration menu.
- After pressing the button a notification will appear that reads "Attention, TBPKP/SKPD and STNK registration stickers will be sent to the address indicated on the STNK." There are choices to agree and disagree. If you want to continue payment, click the agree button.
- After pressing the agree button, a taxpayer form will appear, i.e. the police number, NIK, the last five digits of the order number, telephone number, and e-mail.
- After completing the form, press the continue button. The system will process the data for approximately one minute. If the data entered is correct, complete data will appear about the vehicle to be paid tax and the amount of tax to be paid.
- After that, taxpayers simply press the agree button to get the pay code. The payment code used for payments through banking E-Channel services (e-Banking or ATM) that have worked together in payment services.
The cooperating banks include the Regional Development Banks (BPD) of each province; BUMN Bank (BNI, BRI, Mandiri, BTN); Private banks (BCA, Permata, CIMB Niaga).
- If the payment code has been issued, the taxpayer only has to pay using an ATM machine. The pay code is only valid for two hours.
- After making payment, E-TBPKP will be sent by Samsat to the taxpayer which is valid for 30 days from the day of payment.
- After that, within the span of 30 days, the taxpayer must come to Samsat to certify the STNK and ask for the original TBPKP/SKPD based on E-TBPKP or payment receipt.
